"Thank you for explaining how to connect the roller shutter remote to the engine I rang several times to find out how to fix the motion which is working a ring. God knows how many more times to speak the down motion. Unfortunately the problem stays unsolved, and I could not stop the motion automatically. By the way, there’s a company in Hervey Bay are used seven years ago who fixed one of my roller shutters. The company came took the machine out of the box shafted in the roller shutter and left didn’t put it together. Didn’t wait for Electrician to come to test it nothing I rang up to see if he could come to adjusted, and I was towered to grow up and fix it myself, I don’t think your company needs an offset the company as such therefore seven years later I contacted you correctly it was a lot cheaper than $800 and be the service I received of Sean was absolutely fantastic thank you kindly kind regards, Egmar"
