We strongly advise against using aftermarket batteries such as the 15.260.00 model. These non-genuine replacements have a high failure rate and, in one incident, caused severe overheating and wall damage. For peace of mind and long-term performance, always use certified Ozroll components.
Upgrade your roller shutter system today with confidence and quality – trust the official Ozroll E-Port Replacement Kit.
.
The original design battery pack for the Ozroll Drive System was the ODS control 10. Since the implementation of the newer and far superior E-Port control we began to phase out the control 10, stopping production in 2011 and eventually running out of stock in 2013.
The E-Port is easily interchangeable with existing systems, however the wall plate for the Control 10 and E-Port Controls are totally different and do not have the same mounting foot print. To help make the transition period as smooth as possible we have designed and introduced the Conversion Wall Plate (part #15.551.002).
To achieve a fluent and clean conversion, the control 10 wall plate must be removed. The conversion plate is fixed to the wall using the existing mounting holes and the E-Port wall plate is then attached to the Conversion Wall Plate. Once paired together they emerge as one unit, the E-Port slots in and the upgrade is complete.

We have contacted Australia Post multiple times and confirmed that our system and packaging comply with their Express Post requirements. However, we have repeatedly encountered issues where our packages are flagged during X-ray inspection and rerouted for road transport instead.
Therefore, we recommend that all battery orders be shipped via standard post. Please note that any delays occurring with Express Post shipments will be the client's responsibility and not RSA's.

"I need to replace all the old remotes in my house (and I have 8 of them!) with the new remotes and new remote holders. This is my third replacement so far. Each time the delivery was prompt and the product was well-packaged and exactly as described. Also, the YouTube video that this company made showing the replacement being done was quick, to the point and extremely helpful. I will be buying from Roller Shutters Australia again (at least 5 more times!)."
