We have been in contact with Australia post not to be sent via Express post.. as the battery system in not in its own container like that eport controllers.
We recommend that all batteries orders to be sent via standard post and any delays with express post will be at the responsibility of the client and not RSA.

"We bought a home with shutters installed. The battery has not missed a beat for 6 years but just at Xmas! it decided to stop working. The shutters would still open and close when the remote was connected to the power outlet. A new battery was ordered on line. Immediate reply from Shaun to ask questions if needed. Not sure of the battery life but here's to at least another 6 years. Oh and the price was $25 less than a local purchase (which was 2 weeks delivery) even with $20 express postage. Delivery tracking was also excellent."
